Massaging seats

You can't really get an idea just by sitting in one for a 30 min drive.

So so I wanna ask everyone who has them. Are they legit or just a pointless extra?

I ask because if I do decide to not get a moonroof(undecided) I think this is the only option I won't get if I choose to not get the ultimate king ranch package. I selected everything else.

Just wondering if this option is worth worth the extra 137 dollars (which is what I'll pay for the moonroof and massaging seats.)

For $137 id say yes worth it, helps on long drives imo, but take a bit of time to get used to it massaging your butt. your already spending close to $70k what is another $137 at that point. Test drive a truck with them see if you like them.

Comes in handy on long drives, especially if you've got the 48 gallon fuel tank. It's many hours between fuel stops.

I wouldnt say they are a must have for me, but definitely worth the novelty factor when i turn them on for unsuspecting passengers.

I use the back massager all the time but I'm not a big fan of the butt massager as it just makes me uncomfortable which is the exact opposite of the expected intent. I would gladly pay the $ again for the back massager...maybe even more $.

The massager is great on long drives. I run it every couple hours on my long >6 hr trips. It has a 20 min timer and then resets to the pre-set lumbar support. Great option and well worth the cost.

My wife and I both have steel in our backs so riding gets uncomfortable quickly for us. The massaging seats really help both of us. I really thought that I wouldn't like them when I bought the truck, so it was a pleasant surprise.

Love it, used it all the time, also it adds 2 extra lumbar supports (3) that you can adjust independently when not using it! and yes the novelty factor for unsuspecting passengers when it starts on the butt and they don't know whats going on is priceless!
its nothing like a real massage but well worth it!

I really like the massaging seats! I took the first trip in my truck last week (250 miles round trip) and midway through my left thigh started bothering me. I turned on the seats and 10 minutes later my thigh felt a lot better.

I have a 2000 mile trip coming up in september and i'm really psyched about towing my old airstream on this trip!

It's a crap shoot... your back might like the seat, it might not.
I'm like a fair percentage of this forum.... I can't go for more then 45 minute before there are tears in my eyes because my back and legs hurt so much.
The novelty is over for me. I would trade seats in a heartbeat with someone who was willing.
Search and see the seat complaints. It amazing how so many have the same pain in the same spot.
If knew what I know now I would not get them.

Love them and use them all the time... but not 1/2 as often as my wife does. :-)
