I am curious about the frame dimensions, and some of the more technical specifications of these truck's 'ladder frame' including the 'section modulus' of the F100 & F250 & F350.

Also, if possible, is there information to compare 1961-64 ladder frame to the earlier 1957-60 ladder frames dimensions, and, are they potentially interchangeable?

1957-1963 is in one Master Parts Catalog.

1964-1972 is in a different Master Parts Catalog.

Here's the 1957-1963 relevant information for Section Modulus. The ones you mentioned all use a Type 1 Side Rail - Single channel.
