Low oil pressure, stalled on freeway only a click when starting
I was driving down the freeway yesterday in my 8oth mile and I notice the oil pressure light on, and the Guage was at its lowest point, no oil pressure, the motor lost power, sounded like it was a diesel and then quit, will not start now, the starter only clicks once when I hit the key. Had to have it towed home and when I get it home same thing, click, won't even turn over.
Can anyone help with the description of events?

Could be the oil pressure "gauge" registered zero either because of the engine stalling or due to a system electrical problem, like a depleted battery. Remember, it only takes about 4-6 psi to activate the gauge to mid-range if everything else is working.
So much relevant information was omitted that trying to diagnose remotely is pretty useless.

the first thing i'd check based on the info posted
put a 15/16 socket on the alternator pulley nut and try to turn over the engine with a ratchet., it the belt slips go the other way.
if engine will not turn over there, move to the crankshaft bolt, if it won't turn there buy a new engine/truck or whatever.
if it does turn over by hand, troubleshoot starting system
