You can go buy a new truck..
Then you would be obligated to stick around till it is paid off..

When the adjuster and contractor went up there the damage was every where.

The two contractor's that inspected it last Summer didn't find any damage at all.

The damage to the gutters isn't bad enough to replace them so they won't be replaced. The shed is what amazed me, it gets replaced.
