I'm banned from a Canadian Tire store on Kingsway in Vancouver.
I had just bought about $700 in front suspension parts for the cube van, was finished at the til and this grungy guy brushed past me as the shopping cart was about to go through the door. The alarm started to beep and he turned around and pointed at me and started beaking "its him, its him" and ran out as security approached and disappeared. There was a ripped open, empty package of loctite in the cart. The girl at the cash registered backed me up as she knew the play and had processed my order, security charged me and took my picture. Even the cop that showed up figured it out, guy spends 700 on parts, has a couple of hundred in his pocket and he's going to steal a $10 tube of loctite, guy owns 2 modern trucks and has a furniture warehouse and the loctite package is empty but guy doesn't have loctite on him. Judge tossed it but I still got the letter from Canadian Tire telling me that I was barred.

Lazy security, needed to write someone up in order to show he's doing his job, doesn't matter to him that the charge got tossed, just had to show he's doing his job.

 

Bouncers are basically just bullies.
Guy not bothering anyone is being bullied harshly by a bouncer.
Bouncer number two comes over to join the bully fest.
I hate bullies.
So i get up and walk over and tell them to F off and leave the guy alone. Bouncer shoved me backwards which is now assault. Lets just say i defended myself from the assault.
That is what my claim in court was.
Charges dropped and their bouncing days were done.
But banned forever from the bar.

Restaurant served me the wrong food.
Waitress refused to take it back and said i ordered the cajun chicken wings.
Actually I had ordered a cheese burger.
I demanded she take it back and get me my burger. She poured a pitcher of water on me.
I flipped over the entire table i was at and told her to get the F out of my site...and some other words i can't use on this forum.
Owner came over and grabbed me by my shirt so i dropped him....end result was lifetime ban lol.
Dealership charged me over 1700 for work they did not do.
Arguement ensued.
Service manager threw a stapler at me.
I kicked out 4 windows and left.
Got in my car and floored it and spun gravel all over some new cars on the lot.
I actually drove to a shop about a block away and had them inspect it and do photos and report proving work was not done.
I sued the dealership and won my 1700 plus 5000 for the trouble.
They counter sued for Windows and car chips from rocks.
I sued the service manager personally for throwing the stapler at my head.
The service manager lost his job ane so did fraudulent mechanic.
I won another 5000 from service manager.
I did not pay for windows because service manager and fraud started it.
But i got a lifetime ban from harris chevrolet lol

 

I've banned many people from my businesses.
Its the circle of life.
Keeps things interesting lol

I would of went back a year or two later and stood in the doorway where the sensors are and said loudly with 3 or 4 hundred dollars out in hand that I guess my money isn't good enough for this store and walked out.

 

The bar is understandable.

The restaurant well you took it better than I would of.

The dealership, man that was ***** of steel.
