I hate paper work.
But compared to camp and flying in the fires, paper work is a dream job.
Turning wrenches is actually relaxing and great!
Hot showers.
Real beds.
Good food.
No bugs.
Not watching animals die.
Not risking my life.
This is a good life when i get to come home John.
Damn fine lady waiting to greet me at the door along with 5 looney dogs.
Ride my motorcycle around a bit.
This is a dream!

Still crappy weather outside today, Picked up my auction stuff during a lull in the drizzle, wasn't much of a lull.

The double porta power sets were $68 total for both sets

Chop saw worked out to $24

Jacks were $36

Drills and drill bit grinder stand set me back$12
Picked up a few other pieces but they were for around the house.
Be careful that you don't get to used to the normal life Ian.

Good looking scores there Perry!

And no worries...nothing in my life is ever even close to resembling normal.

Its calming down a lot.
Some are home due to needing work.
By the end of September hopefully we can all stop fire suppression and head home for good.

Estate sales every Wednesday and the last Wednesday of the month is an antique sale, its close to my place so its convenient. Grahams is close also but its a bit of a fools auction and more often than not I leave with little to nothing to show for my efforts. Michener Allen puts on a good show but it gets expensive fast as they carry a big volume of inventory.
