What's that?
Looking on the left side of the engine next to
the fuel pump there is what I thought was an oil filter
but its not, because the filter is next to it.
It has a metal tube pointing down so I assume
it is to drain something. I'm doing an oil change this weekend.
I'm curious to what the purpose for this thing is.

crankcase ventilation tube?? Ok... and the cylinder piece
on top the looks like a oil filter?

On 1952/59 OHV I-6's and 1954/59 Y blocks, the road draft tube canister contained: B2TZ-6A631-A .. Crankcase Ventilation Screen.
