I have a weird pop in my front end when i turn to the left. I have new ball joints, tie rod ends, and adjust. camber/caster bushing. it did it before new parts and now after. what else could it be?
also it has stock springs should i replace? and with what?
Re: springs. Well, the springs are probably still "good". I am switching to 2 inch lift coils, just for some extra articulation. Tuff country, Skyjacker and Superlift all have 2 inch lift coils. I am getting skyjackers because they come in red...
Re: popping. Does it happen when stationary, while moving, both? Have you narrowed down is it on one side or the other?
Check your steering linkage. Have a "Trusted" buddy get behind the wheel with the engine running and slowly make a turn so that you can walk ALONGSIDE, (Notice I said side and not in front). May help to narrow down the problem spot.
i have the same problem and was reliably informed by a front end shop that the noise is caused by the front sub-frame to main frame joints, or something like that. he offered to weld it up for me.

Check your radius arm bushings. (radius arms run parallel to frame from front axle; bushings are visable just behind front wheels, attached to frame. About 3" donut shaped rubber)
If replacing, I suggest going with the polyurethane upgrade. First set I replaced was OEM black rubber - lasted about two years. Last set I went poly, that was about six years ago. Poly rules, and they're all red and purty and stuff. (mine are starting to click and pop also, so it's about time to replace again)
Oh, and don't only replace just one. If one's worn out, they both are probably.
Re: Springs - Broncos like to sag in the back with time. When my Bronco needs it, I think I'll just have a local shop re-arch the packs. If it's lift ya want, there's packs with extra leafs, or just extra leafs to add to your packs. I'll forewarn ya though - extra leafs sometimes mean a much stiffer ride. (why ya want to change springs?)
