1938 Ford car hauler from South Beach Classics headed to auction
Wheeler Dealers was my favorite car related show, because all the yelling and fake crap gets old. Maybe South Beach Classics is different? But I've never seen it. But even if the show is as dumb as most car shows, I have to say I like their toy hauler. This thing is wicked, though I'd definitely lose the flames. There are more pics on the HP.

South Beach Classics is just horrible. All you see is a used car salesman trying to hassle people into either buying or selling a car. No restorations, no real story line, just a boring show.
Anybody here watch Fantom Works on Velocity? I've been watching it for about 3 years now, and it's by far my favorite car-related TV show. It's really a very interesting show, and not scripted at all! It's doesn't have the stupid 'challenges' or bets that are on other shows, it's really a camera crew following shop workers around on real customer car projects. Really high quality work too!

Saw dude on South Beach one day telling customer that "289" in Studebaker Hawk was "same engine as what came in Mustang".
What a tool...
Fantom Works does real work & at the end usually shows customer invoice with parts total & labor hours total. Goes a little overboard with touting their quality sometimes, but not total BS show.

Studebaker 289 introduced in 1956, used thru 1964 (doesn't resemble the Ford 289 at all). Solid lifters, valve covers retained by studs/acorn nuts.
Wheeler Dealers, South Beach Classics (typical used car dealer with bleached blonde overbearing 'trophy wife'), Fantom Works, reruns of Overhaulin' and etc. shown on the Velocity Channel.

I hope Edd lands somewhere... It sucks that Velocity wants to focus on the lamest parts of the show.
