There's no rush at all with a vehicle like this.It could crawl with a max speed of 35 mph and still be worth it's weight in gold.On the job is where she gets work done fast, completely making commute time with it of no (well,of very, very little anyway) concern. She's awesome. What's the working height of the boom?

There is a large trucks subforum where 550-800 trucks, L's, etc live.
Large Truck - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

I think it's great to see something like this in the classic forum where it gets more traffic.

I wasn't bashing it, and I know the specs of each engine.

Turn it up!

Thanks. I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't 4x4 and probably not if it didn't have those big high flotation tires. As long as it's not wet I can drive around my yard while working and not leave marks. The place I bought it from said it went up 50 feet. I haven't measured, but except for a couple of places I can reach about everything I need to. Every once and awhile with the wind blowing the trees and the bucket swaying back and forth I have to put the rising fear out of my head, or more out of my stomach. A couple of times if I took it to full extension at the end of the day it balked at coming back down, but so far always did. That moment was a bit tense. Ha.

I'll check it out. Probably worth sticking a photo or 2 on there.

another good thing about that rig is after you are done with it you can sell it to a farmer, or a farm equipment company for big bucks.
put a 2000 gallon tank on the back and it will make a killer crop spraying rig.

Ha. Right. I don't think the ones you see running around spraying now are 4x4. But I have never looked close.

Really cool looking truck! Replace the cherry picker implement with a bullnose dually bed and you'll be set!

actually most of the spray rigs are 2 wheel drive with giant flotation tires up front and real wide flotation tires with chevron treads on the rear.

Put a camper on the back and leave yourself 45° of departure angle.
You could easily get yourself $60-75k for that truck.

I just dunno, if that truck came across my path I'd have to buy it. It's amazing.

Options are infinite for sure, but just having it would be plenty sufficient. A truck like that, you find things to do with it. Like I said earlier, it'd be worth it just to break out for snow.

That's a "squeeze first ask questions later" type vehicle.

The tag photo shows 'advertised BHP: 210', so that certainly jives.
