Ground Wire ???

Ground Wire ???
This goes from passenger side rear head to??? I broke it either pulling cab or pulling engine. For the life of me I can't find the other end.

Firewall, above heater box. It's the equivalent of a 12ga wire. Interesting on your truck it's covered.
