Which u-bolts for D60 should I use?

Everything on internet says my front leafs should be 3" wide

Mine measure out 3 1/8" in width

Should I use the Tuff Country 27900 bolts (3.25" wide and 10.5" long) for a 99-04 Superduty

or

Should I use the Tuff Country 27800 bolts (3" wide and 10.5" long) for a 80-97 F-250/350

I have to replace them because I found 2 nuts loose and the threads stripped out on another. Explains why the truck was getting floaty when hitting the brakes. Damn glad I found it before axle walked away
