Okay, I'm planning on purchasing a K&N charger intake. I read in another post that is doesn't allow a lot of cold air to enter the engine, so I got an idea to install a CryO2 fogger in front of the filter. Would this work? Let me know what you think.

Regarding the CryO2 system in the configuration you are talking about. The CryO2 system is NOT like nitrous, it can not be ingested into the intake because it uses CO2 which will deprive the engine of O2 and stall the motor. You can still use the the CryO2 Air Intake segment after your filter and before any mass airflow sensor (to register the cooler air). The CryO2 system is designed for drag racing only right now as a 5lb tank will only cool for about 2.5 - 3 minutes.
The system is pretty trick but you must make sure that the CO2 vents away from the air intake! I hope this helps.
Before I would use the CryO2 system, I would fab a new intake tube and run the filter to a different location so it would be able to get cooler air. Like oldtarget said, they only last a few minutes and you have to be very careful on the location of the spray.
