Fuel Line Availability
Hey guys, I'm new to the Ford truck world as you can probably tell being my first post...
I have 67 F100 with a 240 engine. I need the complete fuel line setup from tank to carb. After looking around I can't find a place that has the complete kit. Of the ones that have some of the lines, the way they describe them I can't be sure of what I would be getting! Anybody know who sells a complete kit?
Also, there is a fuel selector valve on the floor by the driver's door. I'm sure it's not factory based on the looks of the aux tank; definitely looks homemade. Because of the rubber hoses in that area I can't tell if the line from the tank to the fuel pump is one piece or are there two pieces connected together after it comes through the floor?

You're better off buying a roll of hard line and running them yourself.
The line that comes out of the tank goes out through the floor, and then has a short piece of rubber line that connects it to the next section of hard line that runs along the frame up to the engine. Then there's rubber line that connects to the fuel pump inlet. Fuel pump outlet should be more hard line routed up to the carb. Then the last few inches are rubber again, to the carb inlet.

Your description is what I've been discovering while researching today. The bends are very simple. Bending them myself might be an option.
The only piece of puzzle now is the pump to carb line. Nobody seems to carry those. I would attempt to bend that too if I could find a good pic or diagram of the routing. This truck's line runs over the valve cover. It's a little mangled but I might be able to use it as a pattern. The distributor advance line also runs along the fuel line. Is this routing correct?
