Choosing between two used Super Duties

So, I'm leaning toward truck one. The lower miles are winning me over. However, I just found a nearly identical truck in the same town as truck one, with a hundred thousand miles more on it but a better carfax report. By better, I mean it shows more regular maintenance at the dealership over the life of the vehicle up to about 100,000 miles ago when the current owner bought it. I would have to buy a tailgate and fix the AC, but to make up for those shortcomings, this truck has four-wheel drive. I'm not likely to 4 wheel drive on a regular basis, but I do go to the ranch on occasion. Also, it would be good selling point for the future.
