Tow mirror vendor?

Has anyone ever used this vendor for tow mirrors? Is the quality good? Also can I do some extra wiring to make these exact ones work on my 2000 Excursion? I have factory heated mirrors but no signal and not tow mirrors.

99-07 Ford F250 F350 Super Duty Power / Heated LED Signal Tow Mirrors - Version 2

Thanks,
Kevin

Not for mirrors, less than satisfied.

I assume you are referring to 1AAuto? That is where I planned to get some from, but I would prefer the heated and turn signal option which I don't see from them for my truck.

My 1AAuto '08+ mirrors have heat, signals (smoked) and power adjust, mine don't have the power extend or fold.

I used 1A Auto and am thrilled with my 2012-style power folding mirrors. They have heat, turn signals and running lights. Also, they were plug and play so that made installation easier. They are a good company. Lots of people here have used them and been happy.

Good luck!

P.s. i need a new pic for my signature, as those are not my new mirrors. Sorry!

Are you any good at wiring? That's the only thing keeping any of those tow mirrors from "working" on the Ex, and that's only if there isn't a proper pigtail adapter for your MY rig.

I've purchased two sets of '08+ tow mirrors from 1AAuto, one for my '99 F250 and one for my '00 Excursion and both times I just looked for the features I liked and wanted and bought it. I didn't give a rip what they said it was for. Both times they had the pigtail for my year truck.

Stewart

PS - I bought the lighted, heated, manual extend and fold mirrors, I just have to wire up something in order to have the light function, since my truck and Ex never came with it.

1AAuto

No vibration. No distortion. Everything works. Excellent support.

Call them on the phone and talk to them about what you want

Is anyone putting on the newer 2017 style mirrors on their X's? Will they mount up directly, or are the 2008 style the only option for upgrades?

Put the 08 style 1AAuto mirrors on the 02 3 years ago and have been very pleased. They have held up very well with 2 direct hits with the gate and a pillar in a parking garage.

WE3ZS, did I miss something? That link appears to go to his profile information. Unless I am doing something wrong?
