If the truck fits you must equip !!! As of this time last night an enclosed trailer was not on the schedule .
Went to the car show at the church & some of us were discussing the show down south on Sun. Rain chance is 80% . Mentioned to the guys running the show that if I had an enclosed trailer would travel down , watch the weather & put it in the box if it got nasty . Bill says I have a 2011 20 ft . enclosed trailer he has for sale for a lady who's husband was a car guy & passed away . Has less than 400 mi. on it . Came home took some measurements went to his house ( 8 mi. away ) &it says it will fit
Up early drove (DC) detailed cleanliness over there & up into the trailer . YEAH . Clears by 4 "
Came home , had lunch , drove the van over , did the exchange of $$ & paper work *& dragged it home .
This trailer is sweet !!! It had been neglected . Nothing was ever lubricated , cleaned or serviced . But all that has since been taken care of .
Included were all the ratchet straps & axle straps pictured , 2 - 3500 lb. axles w/ steel wheels , , fire extinguisher , 9 floor D-rings , rubber mat , spare tire , 2 vents , V-nose , elec. brakes , sway bar attachments , Gave it a bath , looks like a different trailer . Am very please upon being at the right place at the right time .

 

Every now and then the stars line up in our favor. Even a blind dog finds a bone. Great score and be careful loading and unloading. That 4 inches is a tight fit.

Needless to say Denny is one happy Camper . No more worrying about the weather . The ISCA show in B-ham Feb 2018 is looking awful good !!!
