rear view mirror

rear view mirror

My rear view mirror fell off. The metal nub is still on the windshield. it looks like the mirror just clicks on to the triangle shaped nub but I cant get it to click on. does anyone know the trick for this? This is not the typical slide on type nub. Its different.

The next time I drive my TC I'll take a look and see if I have any insight. In the meantime, there are several people on this forum who will probably show up with the answer.
