You didn't specify, but I went on the assumption that you meant a 99 5.4L transmission.
The short answer is No. While they are both fundamentally the same 4R70W transmission, they won't interchange. You need a '99 or 2000 4.2L 4x4 Automatic transmission. The 99 5.4L will only fit '99, '00, and '01 5.4L engines.
