99 F250, without making modifications, what is the largest size tires i could put on my truck?

4x4 I assume? If you have the stock 16s then you should be able to fit 285/75R16 without any rubbing. There are a lot of guys on here that should be able to confirm or deny that...

Some guys put 305s on but they're technically too wide for the stock rim.
