Nice... SOS eh? I'm gonna have to try that. I use fine steel wool with kerosene as a lubricant.

I thought I would paint this white but after looking at it out of the cab I might not. I wonder if there is a way of getting the stains out.

Kerosene, that sounds stout. The SOS seems to bring out the shine very well.

That sure came out shiny! I'll have to try that, if it ever stops raining here. Is the metal rusted above that head liner? I'm just saying that cleaning the liner will not do much good if the stain comes right back, if it is rusted.

No rust above the headliner, I think I'm going to try to match the bottom color and use a square patterned screen and top it with white. We'll see what happens.

67 F100 SOS?
So I haven't used SOS before. How did you go about cleaning the trim? Water, no water..etc? Thx much!

Yes, just get it wet and scrub until all that rust is gone.

I used 0000 steel wool moistened with oil to keep from scratching the chrome.

I have not experienced any scratching with an SOS pad, I guess the soap and water lubricate it enough.

I resemble that remark! And waxing with Blue Corral wax.
