Power locks quit working on the rear doors and the front passenger door.
Driver door and rear hatch still work fine from the switch on either door, keypad, and fob.
Does anybody have a schematic of the power lock system?
Any ideas on where to start looking.
Looks like the relay for those 3 doors is the likely culprit. The relay says non-serviceable because it's built into the fuse box. You can replace the fuse box or attempt to repair the relay.
Awesome, thanks for the info it's much appreciated!
If I replace the SJB does it need to be reprogrammed at the dealer?
I think I remember something about that back when I had issues with taillights. Turns out it wasn't the SJB just a bad wire splice in the harness in the passenger rocker.
Removed the SJB, disassembled. Yep, several relays soldered on a multi-level PCB. Sourcing and R&Ring the relay would be beyond what I want to do.
Rapped the relay on the side several times with a screwdriver handle before reassembly. Reassembled the SJB, reinstalled and all locks work!!
Was it the raps with the screwdriver handle or the disconnect and reconnect of the wire harness?!?!
Now I just need to fix the non functioning rear wiper and she'll be good for another 240,000 miles.
