The only code my truck throws is P0411, I just changed the EGR dpfe sensor, i believe thats what its called, with a connector and 2 vac hoses going into the egr tube.
After changing it, clearing the code, these were the test results that I posted in 1st post.
Kind of poked around for info & support for this torque app. Seems to not be too well supported by the developer, just end users.
I recommend going to a conventional OBDII tester that you can find info on the results.
rough running could be a need for a tune-up, a vacuum leak, EGR not seated closed fully at idle, TPS out of range, low fuel pressure at idle, dirty/clogged injectors. These are just the ones I thought of off the top of my head that would cause rough idle.

It's got new egr, new TPS, new fuel pump and new injectors
Faulty Vacuum hoses damaged.... Faulty Air Pump inoperative..... Air bypass solenoid harness is open or shorted..... Air bypass solenoid circuit poor electrical connection..... Air bypass solenoid leaking/blocked or stuck open/closed..... Air diverter valve leaking/blocked or stuck open/closed...
My problem on this issue on my OBD1 95 was the Air Pump.
Rich to lean sensor = O2 sensor doesn't it? A constant voltage output from the O2 doesn't necessarily mean the sensor is bad it just means it's not switching.
