According to the MPC. My grill could be a "66" Even though people have said it is a "65" only. Is that correct?
That's a 65 grille. I've never seen a stock 65 with the 66 style grille, although I've seen several trucks that were claimed to be a 65 that had the 66 grille on them.
Someone told me it was because the 65 grilles were not available? I haven't looked for one, but I find that hard to believe.
Not that I have the slightest idea what an array is in a cad program but that is what a layman calls a copy and paste error. If you look at the labeling of the FORD letters they all say 1965/66 and then to the right the grill has the same pasted 1965/66 labeling.
This is the only reason I asked. Thanks for all the input. You guys have some sweet rides btw.

March 1965, I bought a new F100 Standard Cab. In September 1965, I ordered a 1965 anodized grille to replace the painted grille. Ford sent C6TZ-8200-B, said it replaced C5TZ-8200-B
