Tips to Ensure Timely Processing of Rebates:
Carefully review all Terms and Conditions on the back of the rebate form.
Check that each product purchased is listed in the “Qualifying Products / Series” section on the back of the rebate form.
Fill out each rebate form completely before mailing. Do not submit a rebate form with fields left blank. Make a copy of everything for your records.
Include all documentation requested on the rebate form, including a completed rebate form and authentic dated sales receipt. (If products were purchased online, please also include the UPC symbols cut from the packaging of all qualifying products.) Rebates will not be processed without supporting documentation.
Follow posted promotion and postmark dates. Submissions must be postmarked by July 31, 2017. Early or late submissions will not be accepted.
If purchasing say 4 RS9000 shocks, do they all have to be purchased at the same time and location or will 4 separate purchases (say 4 different store locations or online retailers) made within the promotion dates be accepted for this offer? Thanks.
In the past you could buy one at a time and qualify for the rebate, let me ask about this go around.

OK, if all 4 receipts have a business name and address, date of purchase, customer name and address matching on all 4 invoices, and the part number clearly identified with quantity showing paid in full, we would honor the rebate. ANY deviation will trigger a rejection so it would not be the best recommendation to do this.

Thanks for the info. If I did this, it would be an online purchase with the same parts store using two different coupon codes. So two emailed receipts with all 4 UPCs as required for online purchases.
