Marker and Parking lights

Just Trying to figure out why the come on when you turn on Key and also dash light, Replaced Key switch and headlight Switch still the same thing. Thanks for any help GWB

when you say dash light does that mean when you turn the dash light on the markers come on or the dash comes on automatically with the markers?

Dash lights.marker comes on with switch off and key on and acc
