Plug wires on correctly? Intake valve stuck open? Problem with distributer pick up coil or module? Open plug wire so that spark jumps to another terminal inside distributer? Thats all I can think of for now.

Pull each plug wire off until it no longer does it. Then you know the offending cylinder. If it does it on all of them then I would test the ignition coil and fuel pressure.
If it is one cylinder, check the usual stuff, plugs/wires/cap. Then if all those check out, do a compression test. If it is a valve problem it will show up there.
