Ok boilermaker374 and himeschool74, I thought it was just me doing something wrong. Looking forward to getting rid of my 2013 Lariat for this 2017. Still keeping my 2000 7.3 though as my work truck.
COTUS doesn't work for most people, only a couple guys have reported it worked for them.
I ordered an F350 King Ranch 6.7L and received the VIN number from the dealer. However, when I entered it on COTUS to track my truck, it indicated that it could not match it with a vehicle.
Separate issue - I'd like to see the window sticker for my truck. Is there some way I can obtain it from some source other than COTUS?

i have never been able to get COTUS to work for me either. Really a shame for Ford, too...

Yes, that's what everyone sees when it doesn't work.

A couple days after your build date you can go to FordEtis home page and it will generate your actual build date and other info, but it's not always correct, it said mine was less front fenders.
My dealer ordered my truck on 12/9 and a exact copy on 1/18. Both say 2/15 on the window sticker, but only the first one shows on ETIS. Ford chat says both will be in on 2/26.

BTW, where do you see additional info on ETIS?
Go to vehicle on the tool bar at the top click on it the put in your VIN#. Trucks have been built aprox 7 to 8 days after sticker is first issued.
