Surfing the tonneau cover threads, I've found some great info., but very little about bike racks.

I need to buy a retractable cover that is compatible with a bike rack. As a last resort I'd drill holes in the bed rails, but I'd prefer to find a retractable cover that either accommodates a do-it-yourself bike rack installation, or comes from the factory with the option of simply adding a bike rack.

Any suggestions

Can you use the rack that sticks into the hitch? Or do you need that free also?
