Does anyone know if we still have someone from Ford customer service on the site?

 

If your having issues can reach out to Ford customer relations. Just googling Ford customer relations will give you phone numbers or contacts. What number or contact you get depends on if your in USA or Canada.

They where helpful in resolving my problems for the most part. Still not happy I paid out of pocket to replace a vehicle that was defective when I purchased it new. And never really be happy as a result.

 

I will give that a shot. Thanks! I remember there used to be someone from Ford on the forums. I think her name was Crystal but I can't remember for sure.
