1997 Expidition compression issues

I recently purchased a 1997 Ford Expidition. It has the 4.6l in it. It has zoro compression in cylinders # 1, 2, & 4. With cylinder #'s 3, 5 ,6 ,7, & 8 are reading 125 pounds +/- two to three pounds per cylinder. Im hoping that it is burnt or stuck valves bad cam or warped head and not holes in pistons. With that being said. .. I found a set of 4.6l heads that came out of a 1995 crown vic. Will these work on my 1997 4.6l. And what other options are there for motor. Or is the motor even worth trying to save.

Not sure which heads can be swapped but you should do a leak down test next to determine why those cylinders do not have any compression. A leak down test uses a regulator to reduce shop air pressure and put it into a cylinder through the spark plug hole. This is done with the piston at top dead center. Then listen at the throttle, exhaust, or dip stick to find out where the air is going.
