88 351 bronco no start

truck wont start changed in tank fuel pump ,in line high pressure fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, cap and rotor, plugs and wires. Im getting fuel to the regulator but no pressure at the shrader valve. the truck cranks but wont turn over

I'd pull the hoses and check for obstructions.
