My truck still isn't showing up in Cotus so I can track it. Anyone else having this problem? Supposedly its supposed to be built the 11th of Feb, which I assume the factory works on a Saturday which doesn't make me feel comfortable being a Saturday built truck. lol

 

Mine also doesn't show up, scheduled build is next week (Week of 13Feb). I got the window sticker today. My wife's Explorer (built yesterday) does show up in COTUS...

Reading the other threads, it seems this is a common issue.

 

Where did you go to look up your window sticker?

Mine only showed up using wwwqa.cotus.ford.com, never has using Ford Custom Order Tracking | ordertracking.ford.com.

 

This is interesting. Dealer gave me my VIN number.
Cotus accepts my VIN and shows an ETA date (March 12, 2017).
Update as of 2/8..Cotus shows my truck as "In Production"
and Window Sticker is available.


The windowsticker website says: "Window Sticker has not been released.".
Window Sticker site now shows my Window Sticker as of 2/9.

mine doesn't show up on either. But I'm happy to be able to see my window sticker.

 

I can't see anything for mine either I've tried it all

 

My dealership can pull up info and it has a build date Feb 11th.

Not every vehicle will be in COTUS. That's just how it is. It makes me mad that mine isn't in COTUS, so I have to harass my dealer for info. But such is life.

 

My build day was the 6th eta 20th and I haven't seen anything only info I get is from the dealer it's driving me crazy haha

 

So they are supposed to build my truck tomorrow and still wont show up in Cotus. LMAO
