"Locked In" means no more changes to the order will be accepted.
"Bucked" means the frame has been selected at the factory and it is about ready to roll down the line.
"TTGX979631" is the rail car that it is transported on.
The only real document you can count on is the window sticker. The VIN decoders are very generic and not vehicle specific. ETIS is useful after the truck is built but even there you have to be aware of some confusing information. Things will show up that make no sense like "Front Fender Delete" but you can rest assured that your truck will have front fenders. Just hang on until you get your window sticker for accurate information.
