1997 Expitition compression issues

4.6l with a touch over 200k on the odometer. Zero compression in cylinders #'s 1, 2, 4. & 125 pounds +/- in #'s 3, 5, 6, 7, & 8... assuming its a valve or cam issue. So what I need some input on is ... will the heads from a 1995 crown vic 4.6l work on my 1997 4.6l in my expedition? I recently purchased this vehicle. So I dont know much history on it as far as tune ups oil changes or how its been driven. It is however a very clean vehicle inside and out. So I would assume someone took care of it cosmetically throughout its life. It rides smooth doesnt wander or pull. And no vibrations or odd noises going down the road. Other than the exhaust leak from the previous owner cutting the exhaust in front of the cats on both sides. Im guessing he thought they were plugged .

to me to sounds like a valve train problem more with valves than anything. as far as heads from a 95 to fit a 97 i would be trying to find a website that will have a parts interchange guide. auto companies do things different from cars and trucks engine wise things like oil pans and air flow for heads and intakes. heres my thing about it although the heads may bolt on and fit im not sure if they be compatible in air flow and what the pcm of the expi is going to need.
