302 carb
I’m having problems with the truck that I just bought. The engine was completely rebuilt by the guy that I bought it from it starts right up and idles great but when I press the accelerater pedal it stalls. I’m sure it's the carb and probably something simple I just don’t know a thing about adjusting one and I’m afraid to mess with it until I get some advice from one of you guys. Thanks!

An SBF with what looks like an Autolite 2150 most likely. Could be a 2100 too..... a very simple design. However, carbs all work on the same basic principles. After that is understood, move on to understanding the specifics of a 2100/2150.
If you asking to be spoonfed a dissertation on carbs then yer barking up the wrong tree... personally ain't got time for that. Maybe others do. But the web is a gold mine of info if ya know how to use it to broaden your own knowledge base.
