Thanks for that. This was the first time I've done so even though a number of folks have done so for me. It took me a while to figure out how to do it. There's probably a tutorial or instructions somewhere on the forum, but I've missed it if there is.

 

It's possible, but I'm wondering why COTUS would still be showing a 3/13 ETA. Do you have someone at Groove that can check to see if a railcar has been assigned as yet?

BTW - my oldest son just bought a new 2016 F150 Lariat from Groove in December. I drove him down to do the deal so he could drive his new truck home. I had never been there before but was impressed with their approach. Pretty laid back. I thought it was a very comfortable experience. It was his first time buying a new vehicle, so I was pleased with the way they handled it. We're up in Erie so we don't get to that side of town very often.

Thanks much for that info. I think Rodney and I both requested info by mail so as not to be getting more stuff in the inbox. At least, I think that's what I did. So far nothing has shown up, but I'm probably not going to see my truck till next week, so there's still time. Someone said that, even if you don't get the discount coupon, the dealer can look you up in their system and see if you have one. Rodney's going to his dealer tonight or tomorrow, so we should know if that is true or not.

 

Steve Yeah my salesman said as long as your in the system you are good. But you never know when a salesman might keep that information from you. But yeah mine is still at 8 days away. ETA is now March 2 according to the dealer.

I've gotten nothing yet on the private cash end. However, I did get to see a very muddy F350 that looks like mine. 3" hitch and all...

 

Well Rodney, we are all very happy for you. It's really a great looking truck. You're going to be glad you got the longer cab, too! Especially with the Munchkin to think about. I'm glad your hitch turned out that way too!

Thanks man. Tires and sway bar mounted up tomorrow on the 17 and plow off the 12. Perhaps a Thursday delivery.

 

I didn't get a call today but if KArl4cat got his mine is real close the dealership is only 2 miles away so yes I had to drive by to see if it was there and it wasn't I guess it will be another night of waiting haha

 

My dealer didn't call me but it was there. So a drive by may prove fruitful...

 

I know what you mean, man. I sent a copy of the railcar photo to the inventory manager at my dealer today. She is the one who has been providing me with updates. She responded that, in all of her many years of doing this, she has never met anyone as excited to get their new truck as me! I guess it must show.
