Electrical problem

I have a 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty 5.4 liter automatic trans 4X4 with 158000 miles. Here's my problem when I start my truck it says check brake systems, door is ajar, my blinkers work on the outside of the truck but not on the dash, and when I turn my vehicle off and the keys are removed my instrument lights stay on. I have pulled all four wheels and the brakes appear to be good and don't act up at all, I've checked my brake fluid and it's fine I was told it's most likely my battery so I did a load test and it was low I only had a little over 300 cold cranking amps I put a new battery in it not the cheap one and not the most expensive I went with a mid-range with 960 cold cranking amps. This problem is intermittent sometimes when you're driving it just goes back to normal and sometimes it will show all of these lights for a month or more and I have to disconnect my battery at the end of each day for a couple weeks sometimes and sometimes it only does it for a day or two. I put it on my cheap scanner and it didn't show anything so I took it to my buddy who has a really nice Snap-on code reader and his shows nothing wrong, both times we did these tests we did it when it was acting up. Has anybody ever experienced anything like this and if so what was the problem?

Do any work it recently? Aftermarket radio or stock? Could be the GEM (BCM) or related wiring. Just guessing though.

I did change my tires and rims to a 2015 Lariat model and my tire pressure light stays on but I understand why that is but I did that within a month of buying the truck

I also noticed my rear cargo light is staying on for about 15 minutes after I get out of the truck and lock it up
