Got the van back today. Coming off the wrecker yesterday it wouldn't start for them, but of course today it started up just fine when they went to work on it. Their best guess is the FPDM, so they replaced that. And it still starts. So we'll see what happens.

Not upset at the dealer, I can't imagine how they'd troubleshoot something that intermittent. Hope this takes care of it for good.
