hi guys so I have not had 4x4 working in my 1994 f150 since I got it, transfer case sounded like an ice maker when you would engage it, so I finally found a rebuilt case on Craigslist for $100 and swapped it in today and sadly still no 4x4 guessing my auto hubs are shot. My question is where can I find a full conversion kit from auto to manual hubs? I have tried searching but have not been able to find a link to an actual kit I can buy. I would like to get a mile marker kit because it is a budget build and I know they are cheaper than Warn. My current auto hubs are 5 bolt but not sure how to check the spline or get any other info to know what kit to order. Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks, Jake
The first is the conversion kit to make the second work. IIRC there is a piece that needs to be removed from inside the hub also. Read the instructions carefully. It's an easy conversion.
