Question Supercab rear seat?

I'm still in research mode and don't have easy access to a truck. I was looking through the manual online and saw this note:

I didn't see the same note in the F150 manual so I'm assuming it's setup differently for the Super Duty. So I had some questions...
  1. Are the rear Supercab seat backs capable of folding forward (like this video shows on the 2015 F150) or are they bolted to the back wall?
  2. Where is the jack stowed (a picture would be helpful)?
  3. Is the manual accurate in that the rear head restraints can only be folded in, and not removed?

Both of the SuperCab rear seat backs fold forward. The 60% side has the release loop hidden, but you can feel for it. Once you've done it, it is easy to replicate. The 40% side has the release visible, because the jack is stowed behind that seat back. The head restraints fold forward 90 degrees. The purpose is: 1) when the seat back is up, folding them forward gets them out of the rear view through the back window; and 2) when the seat back is down, that 90 degree fold tucks the headrests out of the way of any cargo you have back there.

If you don't have the 40/console/40 front seat you can access the jack by lifting to 40% seat bottom. With the 40/console/40 front seat the inverter blocks access to the jack, so you have to access it by folding the 40% seat back forward.

Thanks for the info. What does the manual mean by stating that the head restraints are bolted to the back wall? I get the impression they are part of the seat and not secured to the wall in any way.

I think it is an error in the owner's manual. I wonder if they cut and pasted it from a 2016 SD owner's manual?

Here are some pictures of the head rests:
