Silly question?
Ok, that much I know. But my question is this: What do all the guys running speed density do to get around that? I mean, there is NO WAY that all 94+ Mustang guys never souped their motors way up.
So how do they get around that?
Thanks in advance guys....

Here is a simple way to look at it speed density uses the computer which has a chip that has been told what it can expect from the engine as far as expectations/requirements and has been given the ability to change the fuel as needed to fit within those boundaries/requirements. You add cams, and other similar upgrades changing in a sense the nature of the engine, so when you push those mods the computer only has the ability to offer fuel that was set in the original boundaries when it was stock and obviously doesn't provide you with the end result you wanted. So instead of the computer itself making changes you must manually determine what the motor requires and when and then put those boundaries into the chip. Mass air has the ability to sense what is needed and change accordingly to a certain degree. Speed denstiy has a one track mind and mass air is a little more open minded. later
