Guys....it's NOT dirty. I posted about this when I hit 1000 miles. Mine got water in it and looks just like the example above. If you go tap it the blurry will clear up a bit....but move back to blurry after a drive. It seemed strange that for two months I was the only one on here that was reporting the issue. At least I know it's not Just mine. I was waiting until my first oil change to get it looked at. I'm at 4300 now.
Who knows at this point. I have taken my truck to the hand held wash with the pressure wand twice. The other washes in my yard with the hose. Of course...I did not hold the spray directly over the lens for any extended period of time. No longer then I do the tailgate camera lens. My 2011 NEVER got water in the back camera lens. Also...on a side note....I think the camera quality in reverse SUCKS for a truck this nice. The clarity of my 2011 was actually better.....especially at night backing up. Oh well.......
Talked to my service advisor today. They won't order it until they look at the truck first. Once they look at it, and see what's up, they'll order and I will bring my truck back when it comes in I imagine. Won't have to leave the truck I hope.
Unless its a condition that makes the vehicle unsafe and not road-worthy (which this is clearly--no pun intended--not the case), why would one leave their vehicle at the dealer while waiting for a part to ship??
I'd never do that 1750 waiting for a part to come in...but the way some of the dealers work...you might have to leave it overnight for certain repairs. Crappy thing is....they KNOW they are going to have to order me a new camera lens....but won't do it until they see it. Service guy said they had to make sure it's not "cracked". I'm thinking to myself...I don't care if it's cracked....seal is worn....Meterors are bouncing off it....you're still ordering me a new front camera lens at no charge.

I noticed this too. I hope someone smart figures out how to swap out the rear camera and shares their success with us.
