I laid a 2X6 in my garage trusses and hooked a manual hoist to it. I put a strap through the windows and hooked it to the hoist. I lifted the cab using the hoist and rolled the truck out from under the cab. I had built a wooden stand with casters before hand and lower the cab onto it so I could easily roll the cab around the garage. Unfortunately no pictures.
