Shifting problem

I have a 95' f-150, I6, with 5 speed.

Today is started giving me problem shifting into 3rd gear. No nios or funny feeling precieved this. It run fine when it is in gear but shifting into 3rd is not smoth. I have to go into 4th then to 3rd. Also the shifter is very loose(moving side to side, like it is in N) when it is in any gear.

I am thinking sync. or shift fork. Any help??????

Shifting problem

there's 2 blue plastic seats under the gold 3 bolt cover that center the shifter , check to see if they're brocken or falling apart , if so replace them and you'll be good as new !
