I have four Western Wheel 16.5 x 8.25 RI maximum wheel load 2850 pounds. The inside hole measure is 5 1/8 across. I have glass bead cleaned them and hand painted the holes black then clear coated them. Back side isn't perfect but who's gonna see it. The front is what matters and they turned out pretty good. Look at pictures. For $500 I will pay for shipping anywhere in the lower 48. You can pay thru PayPal. Thank You,Dave
