Wow. Looks like you're in AZ. I can't imagine the cost of the permits alone here in SoCal.
And the holes and rebar required would be the size of a 55 gallon drum at least.
I'm convinced the state of Kalifornia is determined to make the cost of permits and red tape equal to the cost of the project.
