The shop that detailed the truck offered to install them for $125. Little did they know what they were committing to, took them ~5 hours to get all the brackets and flaps installed. They called me half way through and told me they underquoted me. Told them too bad and they honored the quote. F350 in front, Powerstroke in back. I do need to adjust the rear brackets they have them hanging woefully outside the truck.
They look good. Mine arrive sometime next week, so that will likely be my sat morning project....I've watched the youtube video a couple time, so hopefully it doesn't take 5hours....

It took me about 5 hours also.
They look good but they should have the same tolerance to the fender front and back. Also, on the rear, the top part of the inner fender support (the aluminum piece) should be in a bit more.
ETA: Sorry, I see you noticed the rear bracket already.

It takes bit of time.
IMO, on the front, go ahead and start the bottom screws (the stock ones you took out earlier) a bit, then line up the inner bracket. Also, when attaching the bracket to the stock studs underneath, be particular you don't strip the nuts out. They have some fine threads.
On the rear, the nut you are trying to remove that is hidden underneath the OEM liners (if you have them) is a 10MM. You need a 10MM ratchet wrench to get to that booger. Again, only if you have the OEM fender liners.
Also, your if your truck has flares, you will use those longer cap screws and nuts that come with the kit.

Thanks for the heads up. I ordered for the front and rear, but I'm only going to install the rears, waiting on the no drill bracket for the front of the 450, hopefully they are working on those an will be available in the near future. For not Ill leave the stock ones on the front.
I actually installed the liners after I took delivery so I had a good view of where that bolt is you're referring too.

Good deal. You'll drill a hole in the liner and use that stock mounting hole for the bracket.
One last tip:
When you're scooting around on your wheeled mechanic's stool from the driver's side to the passenger side, don't get in such a hurry that you skin your knee on the exhaust tip.
It should come with all the brackets if you ordered the Gatorback kit.
Looks like I didn't (and not clear why it says they are "minis", i just selected my model/year and length.
