I forgot he told me he switched the fenders so I was getting his old one. CRS time there again.

Actually I saved the fenders of my old bed that looked like swiss cheese... but its all the same... Sending you an email in a minute...

 

Anybody know where the "ford" stampings/markings would be inside the fender?

 

I already texted with Lee about this but for everyone my fenders have the pn above the wheel arch .

I'm meeting Lee later today to pick up my fender. He made sure last night it is an oem fender, has the numbers on it. He's driving quite a distance to bring me this, what a great guy. I will stop at the body shop monday to schedule the work.

Lee will use any excuse to go on a road trip!

 

Well, he definitely made a road trip! I met him in Sioux Falls at 5:30 or so yesterday. His round trip is going to be over 1700 miles to bring me a fender! I'm so grateful he did this. Great guy for sure, it was sure nice to meet him.

 

He is amazing Darin, he traveled several hundred miles on his motorcycle to bring me coil springs last summer!

 

How else do you meet new people and make new friends?

Motorcycle trip is my middle name... last years riffraff was all about a motorcycle trip for me plus seeing friends...

I stopped at the body shop yesterday. The fender is going in this week for them to work on, and the pickup is following in very soon.
