49 Merc box
Hey everyone. So I have found a couple of long boxes off of a f100. One is an 8' and the other is a 9'. They seem to be around a 53. My question is what are the differences between the boxes for the half ton compared to the 1 ton? I have a 49 Merc M68. I am hoping I can use the f100 box and make it work fairly easily. Are the dimensions similar? Thanks again.

Hey ZRAE - I think that the M68 (equivalent to F3) like we have has a longer box than the smaller half-ton, and I'm sure we'll get some expert advice on that question when some of the knowledgeable people around here jump in.
